My style is authentic, compassionate, and active.

My primary theoretical orientation is rooted in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), a mindfulness-based practice designed to foster psychological flexibility. ACT provides tools to help you navigate difficult emotions and live a values-driven life. I tailor my sessions to meet your unique needs and goals, integrating ACT with trauma-informed care and harm reduction approaches.

I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), a powerful therapeutic tool for processing traumatic and painful life experiences. EMDR has been shown to effectively reduce distress related to painful or traumatic memories. Trauma can make it difficult to feel safe, and I am committed to helping you find a sense of safety and calm.

Additionally, I am a certified Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP) provider. SSP is a listening therapy that retunes your nervous system to enhance feelings of safety and calm. By combining ACT, EMDR, SSP, and deep, authentic care, I work with clients to heal past wounds and build lives that are vibrant and safe.
